What is Reformer One?

Reformer One can be found at two locations, 18 Oaktree Business Park in Trim and at 27 Canon Row in Navan. The Trim Studio is a specialized studio offering expert-led Reformer Pilates, Hot Yoga, and Mat Pilates classes.In Navan we have a brand new 10 bed Reformer Studio. We provide a welcoming space for all fitness levels to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

How can I sign up to classes at Reformer One

You can sign up to classes by clicking on the "Book Reformer One' tab at the top of the page or on the Homepage. This will bring you to our booking system which we use called BSport. Here you can book all your classes, buy your class credits and view the full timetable.

Question 3

Do I need experience to do Reformer Pilates

Accepted Answer

No experience is required and you will be guided through the exercises and shown the techniques by one of our experienced teachers. If you feel like you don't want to step straight into a group environment, message us to organise a 1 to 1 class or ask about our Introductory Workshop

What do I need to bring to a class?

Accepted Answer

Reformer Classes all you need is what you would bring to a gym or any workout. Water, a small towel and Grip Socks if you have them. (You can by them at reception or through the app if you don't)

Hot Classes please bring Water, a Towel and a Yoga or Pilates Mat.
Mats and Towels are available to hire at reception.

What should I wear to a class?

Accepted Answer

For Reformer Pilates, wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows for movement. Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene.
For Hot Yoga, wear light, breathable clothing and bring a towel and water.

Are children allowed entry?

Children under 18 are not permitted to classes at Reformer One

Can I do Reformer Pilates or Hot Yoga if I have an injury?

Accepted Answer

We recommend consulting your doctor or physio first. Our instructors can offer modifications, but please inform them of any injuries before class.
