Reformer One Terms and Conditions
We operate on a 10-hour cancellation policy (24 Hours for Workshops) on all group and private sessions. Cancellations made after this time will be fully charged.
We know, sometimes things happen and you might have to cancel. Cancellations may be made on our online booking system at the Reformer One page via Bsport, on the BSport App or by email, bookings@recoveryone.ie. We do not implement the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.
If you have any issues cancelling your class through the system, message us immediately via Whatsapp or Instagram or Email us and we will do it for you.
All Reformer One clients must be over 18 years of age to attend Reformer Pilates classes.
Please note, you must sign a full Health Questionnaire on your first visit to our studio.
You must disclose fully to Reformer One if you have any health conditions and if your health changes during the course of your time at Reformer One.
If pregnant, after your first trimester your are no longer permitted to group classes
Reformer One Membership Terms and Conditions
Payment and Monthly Fees
1.1) Full payment is required in advance of any training programme beginning regardless of usage
1.2) There are no refunds in whole or in part
1.3) Memberships are non-transferrable
1.4) Memberships can be frozen for minimum 1 month and maximum 6 months , This request must be made in writing no sooner than 7 Days before renewal is due
1.5) 14 day’s notice is required of intention to terminate membership
1.6) Any failed or overdue payments must be cleared before booking sessions or cancelling memberships
Booking Classes
2.0) All members must book sessions via Legitfit in advance of attending
2.1) Should you book a class and not attend, your class credit will be deducted from your account
Responsibility for your personal belongings
3.1)Reformer One will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items
3.2) Bikes and cars are parked at your own responsibility
Members responsibility
4.1) Please do not attend the Reformer One if you are displaying symptoms of Covid 19/Cold or Flu
4.2) Please do not attend Reformer One if you have family member or somebody in close contact displaying Covid 19 Symptoms
4.3) you are responsible for your own behaviour , rude or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the studio
4.4 ) Please act responsibly when using equipment within the studio, misusing or tampering with equipment will lead to expulsion from the Reformer One and may incur financial costs to replace equipment
Packages
5.1) Introductory Package can only be purchased strictly once per customer. This package is for first time member only Any customer purchasing the package a second time will be refunded.
5.2) Packages can be frozen upon request for up to 2 months and frozen only once. End dates are clearly stated on purchase of package and we will not extend the date on packages.
